Transforming an ancient hospital, beginning from scratch (in 2006), into a top-notch film studio including a hub of 30+ companies and 10.000+ m2 of production facilities. It was designated as 'Best Practice in Innovation 2009' by the European Commission.
365/24h manager of any unexpected issues, collaborating with the production's teams of very relevant companies around the globe, and with a deep knowledge of the whole content-production pipeline as of the audio-visual industry in Spain and Europe.
INNOVATION-DRIVEN: Creator of a pioneer Living Lab for audio-visual projects prototyping - 5 million ¿ funded by the Spanish Ministry of Innovation. Unfortunately, this project would not have the impact and continuity wanted.
TALENT TRANSFER AGENT: Collaborating in start-ups detection and acceleration projects, like in Telefonica Open Future program focusing on 360º narratives.
LEADING SOCIAL CHANGES BY MEANS OF THE FILM CULTURE:
a) As UNESCO Focal Point (2017-) representing Terrassa city in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) and being chosen UCCN Film Cluster Coordinator (2021)
b) As a Professor at the University of Barcelona, and mentoring 25 undergraduate theses.
