Industrial designer, PhD in design and co-founder of Ovicuo Design. Graduated in Fine Arts specialized in design from the University of Barcelona and the Politecnico di Milano.

His area of knowledge focuses on the field of work spaces where he has developed several interior design and furniture projects, aimed at improving and adapting the work, educational and health context. Currently, his research activity proposes new models of space for non-healthcare activity of medical teams and collaborates with the innovation and user experience department of the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Barcelona. He is a lecturer at the University of Barcelona and teaches in the MBDesign Master and the Design Degree at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Barcelona.

Teaching
Projects IV, Design Technology and Innovation, and Final degree project.
Visiting professor at Official Master of MURAD research. And collaborating professor in the Child Life Master, at the San Joan de Déu Hospital in Barlceona, UB.
He has participated as a speaker in various courses and conferences on products related to the optimization of architectural space such as the Technical Conference of the UPC-EAV, 'Cycle of conferences of the University of Architecture of Granada' or the 'II Congress of Asemaste'.

Professional activity / Research
Co-founder of OVICUO Design, a design services company, specialized in innovation and design in the field of Retail, Product Design, new business models, and design of workspaces. Within the company he is mainly focused on innovation projects in workspaces and the health field.
Phd by the Department of Design and Image of the University of Barcelona with the Thesis, 'Typologies, compositions and adaptability of modular systems in contract spaces'.

His main lines of research:
Design processes.
Design, health and well-being.
Teaching and didactic innovation design.

He is currently a member of the Association of Professional Designers ADP, the BCD Barcelona Design Center and the Bureau of European Design Associations (BEDA).

He has published in specialized magazines such as On Diseño, Oficinas, Proyecto, Contract, digital publications such as Design Boom, Diario design, and scientific publications.
