Ms. Esther Galindo finalized her studies in Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2006 and ended a Master´s Degree in Innovation Business Management at Universitat de Barcelona in 2010. Since 2010, she is working as a Project Manager in DIOPMA research group at University of Barcelona, managing several R&D projects and dealing with competitive and non-competitive project as well as collaborative projects direct with the industry and companies. Furthermore, Ms. Galindo manages several European projects where Universitat de Barcelona was involved as INNOSTORAGE, funded by the European Union (PIRSES-GA-2013-610692) or INPATH-TES project funded EU H2020 (H2020-CSA No 657466), and an Eco-Innovation project REWASTEE (ECO/13/630286), Ms. Galindo was involved on tech-transfer activities of the projects. In addition, in 2015 she was won a part-time lecturer position at University of Barcelona in the Business Department at Universitat de Barcelona
