Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the Universitat de Barcelona. Member of the Research Institute TransJus and research collaborator with the JusGov. Associate of the Spanish Association of Comparative Law. Member of the Consultive Committee of the ELI project on Guiding Principles and Model Rules on Algorithmic Contracts and of the Sustainability Commission of the Law School of the Universitat de Barcelona.
His research interests are focused on the interaction between Civil Law, sustainability and new technologies. He has published in several different topics of Comparative Civil Law, among them, tort liability (specially about liability for defective products), Contract Law and, more recenlty, contractual capacity of minors.
In his career, he has done three research stays: from September 2023 to January 2024, he was a visiting postdoctoral researcher at the Centro de Investigação em Justiça e Governação (JusGov) at the Escola de Direito, Universidade do Minho (Portugal). During the Ph.D., at the China-EU School of Law (Beijing, September 2019) and at the Dickson Poon School of Law at King's College London (London, January-April 2020).
