My academic profile begins with a book on Competition Law published in 2007. Previously, I become Doctor in Law in 2003. My research works rises from Competition Law, Unfair Competition Acts, Intellectual Property Rights, Copyright Law and Company Law.
I have been the main director in a judges training project on Competition Law and damages actions, GUIDAM-COMP. This project has been co-financed by the DG COMP European Commission in force from 2018-2021.
Currently I am member of a Research Project 'Jueces y Derecho de la Competencia' directed by Dr. Maíllo González-Orús. I am also member of the Group on Corporate Governance which main researcher is Dr. Vázquez Albert.
I have developed my teachings in all Commercial Law areas for undergraduate and master degrees. The education methodologies used have been active education methods as PBL, PrBL, TBL or case method. I am member of GCID Dikasteia which main researcher is Dr. Antoni Font i Ribas, professor on Commercial Law. Dikasteia received Premi Vicens Vives given by Generalitat de Catalunya in 2003.
I have published several books, chapters of books, papers at international conferences and journal articles on the areas previously described. The research in Law must be linked to research done on new educational methodologies.
It should be also mentioned that my professional activity began in other institutions as European Commission, ESADE, Universitat Pompeu Fabra and International Law offices.
