Elaboració per a la Union des Dirigents Territoriaux de l'Europe (UDITE) d'un Informe sobre els governs locals i els directirus municipals en disset països europeus (Local Governments and Public City Managers in Seventeen European Countries) que va encarregat l'any 2006 i que, posteriorment, serviria de base per iniciar els treballs que actualment continuen en el marc de la col·laboració entre la UDITE i el Consell d'Europa, per a l'elaboració d'un Estatut dels directius municipals a Europa -que seguirà la filosofia de l'Estatut dels electes locals
