She is a postdoctoral research fellow of the section of Public Finances and Tax Law of the School of Law of the University of Barcelona. She obtained her degree in Law at the University Complutense of Madrid and at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2006) and her PhD in Tax Law at the University of Barcelona (2012). In 2013, she obtained apostdoctoral reserach fellow of two years to work on 'Environmental Taxation and State Aid' at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (Amsterdam, The Netherlands). She has participated in several research projects, made several doctoral and postdoctoral research stays - University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France, 2010), Maastricht University (The Netherlands, 2012), International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (The Netherlands, 2013) and Fordham University (New York, 2013-2014) -, and published several articles and book chapters, among others, in the field of EU Tax Law and, in particular, on the subject of State aid rules and tax law, which was the topic of her PhD - info
