She has a PhD in Political Sciencies, a degree in Public Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, BA in Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Barcelona and DEA in Political Science from the same university. Since 2005-2006 is associate lecturer in the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science at the University of Barcelona and member of several recognized and funded research groups.
Since 2001 is coordinator of the Observatory of Local Government Foundation Carles Pi i Sunyer. The Centre is designed as a tool for the systematic collection and analysis of information on local government. This project promotes studies aimed at the creation of knowledge, both theoretical and applied, about the institutional network and local government system.
