Professor (Catedrática) of Public International Law at UB. Main areas of teaching and research are EU Law and European and International Environmental Law. She has led and participated in competitive research projects and published extensively in these areas (authored 8 books, editor of 5 collective books and author of more than 70 articles or chapters). She also has several relevant participations in international congresses and workshops and has coordinated several courses and seminars. Currently, Holder of the Jean Monnet Chair on EU Environmental Law and leading researcher of 'La biodiversidad, el clima y la salud pública global: Interacciones y desafíos para el Derecho Internacional'. (PID2020-117379GB-I00). Member of the UB Consolidated Research Group 'Area of International Law and EU Law', the UB's Institut de Recerca de l'Aigua (IdRA), the Centre d'Estudis de Dret Ambiental de Tarragona (CEDAT) of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili and of the Spanish Observatory of Environmental Policies (OPA). Member ofthe Direction Board of the UB's Institut de Recerca de l'Aigua (IdRA) (2015-2022), the Editorial Board of the Revista Catalana de Dret Ambiental since 2009, the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy (Grassroots Institute) since 2021, and of the Revista Catalana de Dret Public (2012-2016).
